Excellent Support from Centrium
Although Centrium is an easy to use system, there may be times when you need some help. As part of our customer service comitment, all Centrium users receive comprehensive support and help throughout the entire duration of their license agreement:
- Ask questions about your bespoke system using our support site
- Download the documentation and other informational PDF files
- Get Phone support
Our support team is available weekdays between 9am and 5:30pm to answer your questions and to help solve any potential problems.
Important:
Before you turn to the support team using the ticket system, please make sure that you're using the most up to date version of Centrium.
